Rubus idaeus
Raspberry leaf, with its subtly earthy flavor reminiscent of black tea, has been revered in herbal medicine as the “woman’s herb”. In ancient times, its use focused on women’s health, valued for its ability to regulate the menstrual cycle and strengthen the muscles of the pelvis and uterus. This gift of nature, moreover, supports fertility, prevents miscarriages and hemorrhages, and facilitates labor. During pregnancy, its infusion, rich in folic acid, also promotes greater production of breast milk, benefiting both mother and baby.
