The medicine of Lavender is mainly in its aroma which, in addition to relaxing and protecting the body from oxidation resulting from stress, modulates cortisol levels. In oil, ointment or cream it helps heal wounds and reduce inflammation.

This beautiful flowering vine is a tremendous ally for relaxation and sleep. In Colombia there are many passionflowers in addition to granadilla which are also relaxing, curuba, maracuyá, badea, gulupa, among others. It helps relieve insomnia and anxiety, it is an excellent digestive. Its aromatic fruits are aphrodisiacs as they also relax the body.
Prepare an infusion of any of these plants whenever you need a moment of relaxation, use a tablespoon if they are fresh or a teaspoon of dehydrated ones for each cup of water, steep for 5 minutes.
