This traditional black tea flavored with bergamot essential oil, in addition to being iconic in tea history, has properties that uplift the mood. They say Earl Grey was an accident. Bergamot oil, like other citrus fruits, was traditionally used for its antidepressant properties. At some point someone spilled it over the tea, it could have been the Earl of Grey in 1830, and the infusion of this blend transcended the centuries.

Did you know that in honor of the history of this tea, we aromatized Bitaco black tea with organic bergamot essential oil and tiles.

Infuse Munay

Give it time. Boil water to 90º. Put 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) per cup in your infuser or teapot. Let it steep in water for 3 minutes or in milk for 5 minutes. Strain and serve.

Daily dose: 1 – 3 cups per day
