Dedicate 5 minutes each morning to inhaling and exhaling. Plants exhale and you inhale, you exhale and they inhale. We are in constant connection. Through breathing we are manifesting. Our consciousness manifests in our body through the flow of breath. Once our breathing for consciousness stops taking physical form. It seems then that the vital energy, which flows constantly in breathing is what keeps the mind in matter. You inhale air that purifies, you exhale toxins, You inhale to flow, you exhale releasing blockages. Each inhalation brings vital energy, each exhalation cleanses the body. <\/p>\n
