We suggest that when you arrive, remove your clothes and place them directly in the laundry. Prepare a concentrated decoction of bitter herbs in one or two liters of water. It can have rue, rosemary, calendula, sage, oregano, thyme, verbena, artemisia. <\/p>\n\n
Keep a bucket in the shower or if you have a bathtub fill it. Bring the bitter decoction and mix it in the bucket in the shower or in the bathtub with a cup of sea salt. <\/p>\n\n
