These delicious energy bars can be prepared with different dried fruits or seeds, it’s a flexible and simple recipe that you can adjust according to your taste. They’re ideal for having a nutritious and energizing snack throughout the day. <\/p>\n\n

Ingredients for 8 bars<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u2022 2 cups of oats <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 1\/2 banana (helps bind and add sweetness) <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 1\/2 cup of dried pineapple Munay <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 1 handful of Munay cacao nibs <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 1 pinch of sea salt <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in liquid state <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 1 pod of fresh Munay vanilla (extract seeds) <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 1 pinch of cinnamon <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Plant-based milk or water if the dough becomes dry and crumbly. <\/p>\n\n

Instructions <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

1. Grind the oats in a food processor or blender until they become almost flour.<\/p>\n\n

2. Add the remaining ingredients, grinding them until you have a united and sticky dough.<\/p>\n\n

3. In a mold previously lined with parchment paper, compact the dough trying to leave the surface flat. <\/p>\n\n

4. Put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then unmold and cut into strips. <\/p>\n\n

5. Ready for you to enjoy! You can keep them in the refrigerator for approximately two weeks. <\/p>\n
