This blend is a classic recipe from Ayurvedic medicine. Ideal for pain, injuries and muscle fatigue, it reduces inflammation and revitalizes tissues. Infused oils are an excellent vehicle to bring the virtues of plants to our tissues. <\/p>\n\n

Ingredients <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u2022 300ml. of extra virgin sesame oil <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 10g. of cloves <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 10g. of cardamom <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 10g. of turmeric <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 10g. of ginger <\/p>\n\n

\u2022 10 g. of dehydrated moringa <\/p>\n\n

Instructions <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

1. Add the ingredients to sesame oil at room temperature in a glass jar. <\/p>\n\n

2. Let it macerate for 2 to 4 weeks in the dark in an ideally warm place. <\/p>\n\n

To apply, warm the oil jar slightly in hot water, apply gently to the affected area with massage movements. <\/p>\n\n

You can keep it for as long as you want in a preferably dark place, it is very important that you use dehydrated ingredients to prevent fungal growth from moisture.<\/p>\n
