Antibacterial, analgesic, central nervous system relaxant. Prepare an infusion of any of these plants whenever you need a moment of relaxation, use a tablespoon if they are fresh or a teaspoon of dehydrated ones for each cup of water, steep for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n
