Furthermore, the platform may use this information for statistical and marketing purposes, customer contact, and the transmission of documentation, promotional material, or notifications, among other uses, unless the user requests that the platform delete, rectify, or remove their information from the database. <\/p><p>The platform must inform the user how the provided information will be handled and request the user&#8217;s authorization, which may be verbal or written.<\/p><p>Taller de Te S.A.S. is committed to fulfilling its obligation regarding data confidentiality, implementing all necessary technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized alteration, loss, processing, or access, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. The client is responsible for ensuring the data is easily understood, truthful, and accurately provided. <\/p><p><strong>User Responsibility<\/strong>: It is the user who, upon engaging in any act or legal transaction with the platform, expresses\u2014either explicitly or tacitly\u2014their consent to the handling of said information.
