The art of wellbeing: Introducing our Daily Ritual Kit
In the hustle of daily life, finding moments of calm and energy is essential to maintain balance. That’s why we’ve created a kit that combines two unique blends, “Contemplo” and “Vida” along with a mesh infuser, designed to accompany you at different times of the day.
This Daily Ritual Kit not only becomes a gift for yourself, but also an opportunity to create habits that nourish your body and mind.
Your daily allies: Vida and Contemplo
Vida: Designed to awaken your senses and fill you with energy as you start your morning. With black tea, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, allspice, black pepper and a touch of vanilla, “Vida” is a spiced blend that awakens the soul and brings warmth and vitality.
Contemplo: Perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. This blend combines clitoria, lemongrass, cidrón, chamomile, lavender and passionflower, creating a gentle embrace that calms the mind and whispers peace. Each sip is a reminder that you deserve a moment for yourself.
Benefits of incorporating the daily ritual
Incorporating a ritual with “Contemplo” and “Vida” transforms your days. In the morning, “Vida” gives you the energy and focus you need to face your tasks with enthusiasm. As night falls, “Contemplo” allows you to disconnect from stress, relax and prepare your body for restorative sleep. This balance between activation and relaxation positively impacts your physical and mental wellbeing, helping you flow better in your routine.
Preparation instructions
Take your time: the preparation of each blend is a moment for you, a pause in the day to connect with yourself.
Vida:
Boil water or milk at 80 °C. Add 1 tablespoon (3 g) of “Vida” per cup in your infuser. Let it steep for 3 minutes if using water, or 5 minutes if using milk. Remove the infuser, pour and feel the energy.
Contemplo: Heat water to 90 °C. Place 1 teaspoon (1.5 g) of “Contemplo” per cup in your infuser. Pour it over the mixture, let it steep for 4 minutes and remove the infuser. Flow and enjoy its soft aroma and flavor.
